Mark Kaplan - Chairman

Mark spent years in Brand Management with Nabisco and Colgate-Palmolive before joining the Coca-Cola Company to manage the entire Sprite business throughout the United States. During that time, Sprite became the #1 lemon lime soft drink in the Industry. Mark always wanted to apply those corporate skills to franchising, and got his wish when he and business partner Bob bought a tiny Company that would ultimately become Great Wraps. Mark has an undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from NYU.

Bob Solomon - President

Bob worked for more than a decade with Coca-Cola Bottlers (Coke’s franchisees), helping them run their businesses more successfully. Following this tenure, he headed to Coca-Cola's headquarters where he managed popular soft drink brands Mello Yello and Fanta. Here, Bob and Mark Kaplan met, launching a partnership that would soon prove to be Great Wraps. Also a proud Vietnam veteran, Bob has an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A from Georgia State University.

Chris Bewley - VP of Operations

Chris began his career in restaurant management over 25 years ago. He has been involved with Arby’s, LongHorn Steakhouse and Willy’s Mexicana Grill to name a few. His most recent experience as an Area Director with Willy’s has postioned Chris to be a valuable part of the team. He has had years of experience at each level of restaurant management and brings extensive financial, P&L, Labor and Food Cost analytics with him. Chris strives to have a personal relationship with his Franchisees in order to provide them with the best support possible. Chris is a graduate of the University of Georgia and can be counted on to root for the football team through thick and thin.

Kristen Greve - VP of Franchising

Kristen Greve joined our team as Field Marketing Manager in 2012, and continues to assist franchisees with marketing and operational support. Kristen became our Franchise Development Manager in 2016, where she directs our franchise sales program, guiding prospective franchisees through the steps of joining our system. She became the company's Controller in 2020, and was promoted to Vice President of Franchising in 2023. Kristen earned a degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Brian Wilson - Franchise Business Consultant

Brian started working in the restaurant business 20 years ago while he was attending Valdosta State University for business management and he fell in love with it. He started out working for Zaxbys and then a couple years later moved on to Willys Mexicana Grill where he was a General Manager for 13 years. After moving to Tampa and working with some concepts down there he decided to move back to his hometown Atlanta and start a career with Great Wraps. Brian brings great energy and hands on experience to help Great Wraps move forward to a brighter future!

Jackie Bak - Restaurant Development Manager

Jackie is a new franchisee's best friend, helping guide each new restaurant through the challenges of construction and permitting, while keeping costs in check along the way. Her extensive background in interior design and project management has given Jackie the skills to lead the development of over 600 new restaurants (and counting!) for a client roster that includes McDonald’s, Burger King and Arby’s. Jackie brings an unmatched passion for dining and design, and works hard to ensure that our supplier network is the best in the business. Jackie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University, where she was also a D1 athlete.
